Neoplans making a come back on routes?

Accorded to several spotters the Neoplans are making a come back on routes operating out of various depots in Philadelphia. Neoplans over the last past week has make a rare appearance on the 28, L, 38, 31, 46, and a extremely rare appearance on the 44 (Which rarely uses NABI’s during the day for that matter). And also I’ve notice that on the G southern has start to run Neoplans 24/7 which I had not seen since 2001 prior to the new flyers arriving. Well you guys it looks like the Neoplan Days could be ending pretty soon. After 23 years running from SEPTA there time at most depots are coming to a end. However the Neoplans at Frankford may stay there for another 2 years until there replacements (The Trackless Trolleys arrive).

Well it’s official folks no more rumors accorded
to an article in the Philadelphia Daily News
(PDN) The Route 15 which would use the PCCII
cars will start running full time during the
schedule change which is effective around September
the 6th. Thanks to the high level local politicians
they managed to make a compromise of the issues
which caused the line to not to run. For more
information on this please click here here.

Bus Assignments

Over the past week there has been some sightings of NABI’s being moved around. It has been confirmed that 5102, 5103, 5106 are now at Callowhill. And 5153, 5138, and 5156 are now at the Red arrow depots. It is unknown why this has occurred. It could be due to the fact that the summer pick of 2005 just occurred.
