If you look at today’s metro paper you would see that there is some construction news concerning
the NPTC. SEPTA will soon start the renovations
of the NPTC within the next few months. The
transportation center would be located at broad
and Lehigh Ave. This project will concern both
BSL and the R8 routes. Once this project is
completed in 2007 this new transportation center
will feature a new escalator, new cashier booths,
linked a tunnel between the shopping center,
and fully accessible to passengers with disabities.
