Route 23 is on detour again

Phase 2 of the Germantown reconstruction project began on Monday, March 30th.  Route 23 buses will be detoured off of Germantown Avenue until June.  Schedule details coming soon.  For more information about the detour, please visit SEPTA’s Detour Page: http://www.septa.org/travel_advisory/bus.html
