Trolleys have finally returned to Girard avenue’s route 15 Sunday after 13 years. The rebuilt PCC II cars went into service in the early morning hours of September 4th. Service on the 15 will also be running a few buses with the PCC IIs until all of the operators on the cars are available. Also we are waiting to hear which Kawasaki LRV have been assigned to Callowhill for route 10.
