Apparently the EI service early this morning was not fully restored to service regularly as originally scheduled to be. It was planned to start regular service on the EI this morning at 5AM however the work that was needed to be completed wasn’t completed on time. In result of this SEPTA has run EI bus substitution from 69th street to 40th street station during the AM rush. As of 3pm SEPTA has restarted service on the EI train on a ‘non-stop’ basics from 40th market to 69th street.. For the Local stops SEPTA has also placed EI bus shuttles to run along the on chestnut and walnut streets to stop at streets directly paralleled to the EI stations.
