The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority has planned for all 125 Single ended and Double ended cars to have their orange vinyl trim removed. 666 was the first car to debut this scheme back in January of 2009. It was unclear weather the rest of cars would recieve the new scheme but it was later confired at the 2010 Rail Roadeo. 552 was the second car to recieve the new scheme in April of 2011. All BSL cars will have their orange vinyl trim removed starting in June of 2011 at 2 cars per month. All cars will have the modified livery by 2013 in time for the International Rail Roadeo which will be held in Philadelphia.
This excludes work cars CW-3 and CW-4 since they already have an all silver theme.
